SIMPPLE and CenoBots signed exclusive partnership in Singapore, revolutionizing the Environmental Services industry with spot cleaning technology.

CenoBot x SIMPPLE

SINGAPORE – JUNE 19, 2024 – IFSC Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of SIMPPLE Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPPL, “SIMPPLE”, “the Company”) and CenoBots Group (“CenoBots”) are pleased to announce the signing of a Distributor Agreement to promote, market, sell and distribute CenoBots products in Singapore.


Under the Distribution Agreement, SIMPPLE will meet the stipulated purchase targets set out in the agreement and ensure adequate inventory of CenoBots products to meet the end-customer demand in Singapore promptly. As part of SIMPPLE’s strengths, SIMPPLE will also provide strong after-sales support to our customers in relations to CenoBots products. SIMPPLE will continue to promote CenoBots products in Singapore through print and digital advertisements and participate in national and regional trade shows to promote CenoBots products to selected industries to generate interest in the brand.
